Shovel, plastic sheet, and white towel from Bronco cargo area

Shovel (LAPD Item 92), plastic sheet or liner (LAPD Item 93), and white towel (LAPD Item 91) recovered from the rear cargo area of Simpson's Bronco. Trace evidence including carpet fibers was collected from these items on July 28 and August 2, 1994; the shovel was characterized at trial as a barn-scoop type and the plastic as standard vehicle equipment for the spare tire.
