Scott Gordon served as a deputy district attorney on the prosecution team, playing a central role in the effort to admit domestic violence evidence against O.J. Simpson. He argued motions on the admissibility of prior acts and spousal abuse evidence in January 1995 and conducted the examination of Dr. Donald Dutton, an expert witness on domestic violence, through direct, redirect, and recross.
