Defense or Defendant's 1091, an older criminalists' field form recording evidence collected at Rockingham, described as covering the first sixteen items. Michele Kestler confirmed blank identification-photo boxes, no collector identity, missing collection times, and omitted packaging entries. The sock timing was disputed: one examination challenged the absence of a sock timestamp, while Johnnie Cochran later argued that sequential entries placed the socks between 4:30 and 4:40 p.m.
Defendant's 1039, an SID Crime Scene Investigation Checklist marked for identification and shown during Detective Tom Lange's cross-examination. It was used in an unsuccessful effort to refresh his recollection about the officer in charge among the criminalists.
