Two-page LAPD chronological personnel log for 875 South Bundy on June 13, 1994, maintained by Officer Chris Cummings and described as a crime-scene, access, sign-in, sign-out, homicide, or chrono log. References or copies carried designations including Defense or Defendant's 1006, Defendant's 829, and Discovery or murder-book page 00038. Witnesses used it to address personnel arrival and departure times, while Phillips acknowledged inaccurate departure entries and Bailey questioned its reliability relative to field reports. Defense 1006 was admitted for purposes of an April 3 hearing.
Rockingham crime-scene personnel entry-and-exit log, marked as People's 158 in the criminal trial and Plaintiffs' 200 in the civil trial. It records officer and other personnel times, including Willie Ford's listed arrival at 3:10 p.m. and departure at 4:30 p.m. Testimony addressed the absence of an entry for Marcia Clark and Officer Thompson's contention that his own listed arrival time was inaccurate. People's 158 was admitted for purposes of the April 3 sanctions or coroner hearing.
People's 436 is a photographic chain-of-custody board documenting hair-and-trace evidence items, their assigned item and FBI Q numbers, collection and transfer information, photographed packages, and evidence box number 1. Testimony noted date corrections and that the item 113 photographs did not show several sub-items that remained inside the envelope.
Computer printout of June 14 card-key access records for the evidence processing room, designated Defense or Defendant's 1100. It was used to address Mazzola's laboratory arrival and Fung's morning movements, including Matheson's 7:44 entry and Fung's 7:45 and 7:50 entries.
Autopsy evidence-collection log dated June 14, 1994, designated People's 364-A with a 364-AA blow-up, documenting specimens collected from Goldman and Simpson and their custody from the autopsy room to the toxicology laboratory.
