Rachel Ferrara, a friend of Kato Kaelin, testified in the criminal trial on March 28, 1995, under direct examination by Marcia Clark and cross-examination by Johnnie Cochran. She said she had known Kaelin since March 1994, had visited him at the guest house at 360 North Rockingham, and received a call from him at about 10:20 p.m. on June 12, 1994; the day summary states that she testified Kaelin reported the bang about ten minutes after telling her it was 10:30 p.m. A reading of Ferrara's deposition also occurred during the civil trial on January 6, 1997.
