Natasha Roit represented the Brown family in the civil case against O.J. Simpson, appearing alongside John Kelly for the Brown plaintiffs in the deposition phase of 1996. She sat in on the marathon examinations that the plaintiffs' team ran in tandem — Petrocelli, Brewer, and Kelly each taking their turn — including the deposition of Nicole Brown Simpson's friend Cora Fischman. When her own turns came, Roit questioned chiropractor Christian Reichardt and, in May 1996, Simpson's son Jason, closing out each witness after the other plaintiffs' attorneys had finished.
