1 THE COURT:

All right. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen. Please be seated. All right. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, good afternoon again--or good morning. I'm going to take our break for the noon hour at this time with regards to the jurors. Please remember all of my admonitions to you. Don't discuss the case amongst yourselves, don't form any opinions about the case, don't conduct any deliberations until the matter has been submitted, and do not allow anybody to communicate with you with regard to the case. And as far as the jury is concerned, we will stand in recess until one o'clock. All right. Have a nice lunch. All right. Let me see counsel over at the side bar with the court reporter, please, Mr. Scheck.
