Michael D. Sullivan was a Deputy City Attorney who appeared with Halina Esinski as counsel for Joseph Bosco in a shield-law dispute during the summer of 1995. Retained on short notice, they participated in proceedings concerning the admissibility of Bosco's testimony before Bosco was directly examined by Robert Shapiro.
