Bill Renken was a professional photographer and custom photo lab operator from Cincinnati who was called by the prosecution as a rebuttal witness. He testified about photographs he took of O.J. Simpson from the sidelines while covering a January 1991 NFL playoff game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Houston Oilers at Riverfront Stadium — images that bore on the critical dispute over whether Simpson owned the Bruno Magli shoes linked to the crime scene. Examined by Marcia Clark and cross-examined by Robert Blasier, Renken's testimony was contained to a single day in September 1995 during the final rebuttal phase of the trial.
