Sworn affidavit by Detective Philip Vannatter prepared beginning around 7:00–7:45 a.m. and signed by a magistrate at 10:45 a.m. on June 13, 1994, authorizing the initial search of O.J. Simpson's Rockingham estate. The affidavit described the discovery of a glove behind the residence while officers were securing the premises, blood drops from the Bronco to the front door, and the resemblance between the two gloves; it was later challenged for two alleged misstatements—describing Simpson's Chicago trip as 'unexpected' or 'unanticipated,' and characterizing blood on the Bronco door handle as 'confirmed human blood' based only on a presumptive test.
Sworn affidavit by Detective Philip Vannatter dated June 28, 1994, authorizing a second search of O.J. Simpson's Rockingham estate. The affidavit cited Vannatter's more than 200 prior homicide investigations, noted that a pair of gloves had been 'inadvertently not taken' during the first search, and sought authorization to seize a knife, clothing, shoes, and other potential murder weapons.
Videotape of the Rockingham residence shot on June 14, 1994, during or just after execution of the search warrant; chain of custody was established through Detective Luper's testimony.
Videotape showing criminalist Dennis Fung carrying no bags and criminalist Andrea Mazzola carrying a trash bag as they left through the front door and down the Rockingham driveway during the search warrant execution; the tape also contains a separate shot of Detective Lange holding what appears to be a search warrant near the location of blood stains 7 and 8.
Videotape of O.J. Simpson's Rockingham residence recorded by LAPD/SID on June 13, 1994 during execution of the search warrant, purportedly for administrative and civil liability purposes. Its existence was disputed by the defense, who demanded a hearing; the prosecution agreed to make the videographer and Detective Luper available, and Detective Fung confirmed viewing it before his testimony.
