Deposition of Gerald Richards (also referred to phonetically as 'Gerry Richards'), a plaintiffs'-retained photo-authentication expert who found no indication of forgery in the Bruno Magli photographs. The September 6 original transcript (pages 43–44) was used during Robert Groden's cross-examination and to establish Petrocelli's reservation of rebuttal testimony rights.
