2 THE COURT:

All right. Thank you, counsel. All right. Ladies and gentlemen, we've completed Mr. Rubin's testimony. Mr. Rubin, you may step down. Thank you very much, sir. All right. Ladies and gentlemen, at this point, I have--with regard to the next witness, I have a couple things I need to resolve with the lawyers. As I mentioned to you, we have a couple of juror activities that need to be attended to this afternoon. So I'm going--as far as you're concerned, we're going to quit at this point. As far as the lawyers are concerned though, we'll be in session probably until about 6:00 clock tonight. So we'll be here working. Remember all my admonitions to you; don't discuss the case amongst yourselves, form any opinions about the case--using a lot of notebooks there--don't let anybody communicate with you with regard to the case. What did I forget? Oh, don't conduct any deliberations until the matter has been submitted to you. All right. As far as the jury is concerned then, we'll stand in recess. We'll stand in recess for about 10 minutes, and then we'll reconvene on some of the other legal issues. All right. Thank you, counsel.
