Cross-examination of Dennis Fung (part 1)

Witness: Dennis Fung
Examiner: Tom Lambert
Called by: Defense • Date: Tuesday, November 5, 1996 • Utterances: 9
Tom Lambert conducts a brief redirect examination of Dennis Fung, asking him to identify item No. 11 from Rockingham — which Fung describes as a red stain on a cord hanging from high on the building down toward the fence area. A photograph is introduced as exhibit 2137 to help the jury visualize the item.
1 THE COURT:

Any redirect?

2 MR. LAMBERT:

Little bit, Your Honor.

3 THE COURT:

Okay.

REDIRECT EXAMINATION BY MR. LAMBERT:

4 Q:

Yesterday, Mr. Fung, you were asked by Mr. Blasier about a positive presumptive blood test that you obtained on item No. 11 at Rockingham. Do you remember that testimony, sir?

5 A:

Yes, I do.

6 Q:

I'd like to show you a photograph so you can identify what item No. 11 is. Could you describe for the jury what item No. 11 is?

7 A:

Item 11 is a red stain which was detected on this cord that dangles down from somewhere high up on the building, down towards the fence area.
