During a brief exhibit-admission exchange concerning Mr. Sims, Tom Lambert identified Mr. Sims's C.V. as Exhibit 2186 and the socks as Exhibit 297, and also requested Exhibit 319. Robert Blasier objected to Exhibit 2186, and the court overruled the objection. Exhibits 2186 and 319 were received in evidence. The court then permitted counsel to approach, and an unreported bench conference followed.
