After reconvening, Judge Kennedy-Powell announced that she had denied a motion to strike Mr. Camacho's testimony. Prosecutor Marcia Clark then turned over additional DNA-analysis laboratory notes, pages L-26 through L-128, to defense counsel Gerald Uelmen before the court called for the next witness.
1 THE COURT:

All right. We're again on the record, in the case of People versus Simpson. The defendant is present with counsel. The people are represented. We did have a conference in chambers. The court has denied a motion to strike Mr. Camacho's testimony. Miss Clark.

2 MS. CLARK:

Yes, your Honor, briefly. I'm going to turn over pages numbered L-26 to L-128, these are further lab notes concerning the evaluation of evidence for the purpose of D.N.A. analysis. I'm handing them to Mr. UELMEN.
