Michael Romano was a freelance photographer called by the People as a rebuttal witness. He testified that while photographing the Los Angeles Raiders game against the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo, New York, on January 15, 1994, he took a photograph of the defendant in the media room after the game and later sold it to the National Enquirer; Romano appeared under subpoena.
