Dominick W. Rubalcava was an attorney for Dr. Christian Reichardt. On August 22, 1995, Rubalcava was present when the defense sought to restrict the scope of Reichardt’s cross-examination, and Judge Ito permitted Rubalcava to remain while Reichardt stepped outside the courtroom. In that discussion, Johnnie Cochran said he expected Reichardt to testify about his friendship and business dealings with O.J. Simpson, including work on an exercise video.
