Produced pursuant to a prior Pitchess motion order in redacted form; defense argued the redacted version bore no resemblance to Coleman's full account. Paragraph 17 was cited by the court in ruling there was no Brady violation on the Purdy matter, establishing that information about Purdy was available to the defense as of April 17, 1995.
