Defense proffered excerpts C-1 through C-18: Fuhrman police misconduct statements

Eighteen excerpts from the McKinny tapes and transcripts in which Fuhrman described evidence planting, false testimony, beatings of suspects, and covering for other officers. The defense argued that all 18 were admissible under Evidence Code 1101(b) and that six also qualified under Evidence Code 1105; item C-2 concerned tearing up drivers' licenses.
