Roy Firestone ESPN interview tape (apparently April 1989)
A roughly 24-and-a-half-minute Roy Firestone ESPN interview, represented in court as apparently recorded in April 1989, concerning the January 1 incident. The prosecution selected a four-minute excerpt that Darden previewed as containing Simpson's characterization of the incident as “sort of a mutual wrestling match”; the court deferred ruling pending defense review of the complete tape.
