Dr. Boger's radiology consult report — C-3 bone fragment finding (Nov. 14, 1994)

Dr. Boger's November 14, 1994 radiology consultation report stated that no metallic or radiopaque foreign body was found and described a bone fragment displaced at C-3. Dr. Lakshmanan testified that its smooth, straight edges reinforced his opinion that a sharp instrument such as a knife caused the injury.
