My apologies to you for the late start this morning. This morning I had to go over a number of items of evidence before they were presented to you, had to review them with the attorneys. We started that at eight o'clock sharp this morning, so we have been hard at it, but there are a number of issues that we had to go over. My apologies to you. Gregory Matheson, the witness on the stand at the time of the evening adjournment, resumed the stand and testified further as follows:
