1 THE COURT:

All right. Why don't we take our break now rather than run around and make photocopies. All right. Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to take our recess for the afternoon at this time. Please remember all of my admonitions to you; don't discuss the case amongst yourselves, don't form any opinions about the case, don't conduct any deliberations until the matter has been submitted to you, do not allow anybody to communicate with you with regards to the case. As far as the jury is concerned, we'll stand in recess until 9:00 A.M. tomorrow morning. All right. And I'll see counsel at the sidebar without the reporter, please. All right. Mr. Yamauchi, you may step down. Tomorrow morning at 8:45.
