The court returned to open court at the end of a long session, Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran was excused from the witness stand, and Judge Ito addressed the jury with standard admonitions before adjourning until the following morning at 9:00 A.M. The session ended early at 4:17 P.M. with a shorter day scheduled for Friday.
