Good afternoon, your Honor. Your Honor, I just filed a motion to quash subpoenas that were issued by the Defense on certain District Attorney personnel. I have talked to Mr. Bailey who expects to handle this a week from Friday. Does that suit your motion calendar, June 30th? Or this Friday, if it is all right with the Defense.
