Date: Thursday, July 13, 1995 • Utterances: 17

1 MR. PARTRIDGE:

Thank you.

2 THE COURT:

Next witness.

3 MR. COCHRAN:

May I approach.

4 THE COURT:

Yes.

5 (A conference was held at the bench, not reported.)
6 (The following proceedings were held in open court:)
7 THE COURT:

All right. Thank you, counsel. Ladies and gentlemen, we were scheduled to go through to 5:45 today. And rather than start a new long witness, I think we'll take a break at this point rather than have to start up again tomorrow morning. Remember all my admonitions to you; don't discuss the case amongst yourselves, don't form any opinions about the case, don't conduct any deliberations until the matter has been submitted to you, do not allow anybody to communicate with you with regard to the case. All right. You all have a pleasant evening. See you bright and early tomorrow morning, 9 o'clock.

8 THE COURT:

All right. We'll be in recess.

9 (At 5:40 P.M., an adjournment was taken until, Friday, July 14, 1995, 9:00 A.M.)
