Redirect examination of Jack McKay (part 1)

Witness: Jack McKay
Examiner: Johnnie Cochran
Called by: Defense • Date: Tuesday, July 11, 1995 • Utterances: 57
Cochran conducted a brief redirect of Jack McKay, a financial officer who flew from Alexandria, Virginia under subpoena to testify about seeing OJ Simpson on June 8th, 1994. Cochran rehabilitated McKay after cross-examination by confirming Simpson's friendly, jovial mood when he left for Dulles airport that day, and by establishing that McKay's prior contacts with the defense were limited and responsive rather than coached.
1 THE COURT:

Mr. Cochran.
