Judge Ito called the noon recess at 12:20 p.m., instructing the jury on standard admonitions and ordering Dennis Fung to return at 1:30 p.m. After a brief out-of-jury session with no issues to address, court reconvened with the jury and Fung resumed the stand for re-redirect examination by Hank Goldberg.

All right. All right. Ladies and gentlemen, we are going to take our recess for the morning session. Please remember all of my admonitions to you; do not discuss the case amongst yourselves, do not form any opinions about the case, do not conduct any deliberations until the matter has been submitted to you, do not allow anybody to communicate with you with regard to the case. We'll stand in recess until 1:30. Mr. Fung, you are ordered to return 1:30. Thank you, counsel.
