People's 603: Nondisclosure agreement (McKinny's attorneys to Dove Publishing)

A four-page nondisclosure agreement dated August 18, 1995, on the letterhead of Regwan and Schwartz, addressed to Michael Viner at Dove Publishing and signed by Ron Regwan. Introduced to challenge McKinny's claim that the tapes were not for sale; McKinny testified she had never seen the document before Darden showed it to her during cross-examination.
