Simpson criminal trial (1994-1995) and the subsequent civil trial, including depositions and preliminary hearings. Every line is indexed, searchable, and attributed to specific speakers.

This is not a summary or commentary site. It is a primary source archive of court proceedings, built for researchers, students, legal professionals, and anyone interested in one of the most significant trials in American legal history.

The analysis sidebar on each proceeding and deposition page, and the person, evidence, exhibit, and location entries, are supporting material: they are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human editor, describe what the record contains rather than interpreting it, and take no position on guilt, liability, credibility, or the merits.
- This archive covers a criminal prosecution and a separate civil action tried under different standards of proof. Charges, allegations, testimony, argument, and exhibits are not findings of fact. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until convicted, and where a charge did not result in a conviction that presumption is never displaced. A finding in one proceeding is not a finding in the other.
- The official court record always governs. Nothing here is a certified transcript. Video timing is aligned automatically against YouTube captions and can be wrong.
